Meet Kat – The Heart Behind Kat’s Kitchen

Our Story

Born and raised in Sangkhom, a small village along the Mekong River in Thailand, Kat grew up surrounded by the rich flavors, traditions, and home-cooked meals of Thai culture. Her passion for cooking comes from her roots, with recipes inspired by the authentic flavors of Thailand and the dishes she lovingly prepares for her own family.

What began as a passion for sharing her home cooking has grown into Kat’s Kitchen, a beloved Thai restaurant in Bali. Starting in Ungasan and now expanding to Uluwatu, Pecatu, Kat’s Kitchen has become a local staple for authentic Thai food.

Every dish reflects Kat’s Thai heritage, bringing the warmth of family cooking and the bold, vibrant flavors of Thailand to the table.
