At Kat’s Kitchen, we focus on Thai food that is fresh, balanced, and approachable. Our dishes are inspired by the flavors Kat grew up with, using familiar Thai ingredients, aromatic herbs, and classic recipes, with some dishes made a little milder and given a subtle fusion touch.
